Motor-Cyclist Injured
(From Our Own Reporter) TIMARU, Nov. 7.
Car! William Tiffen, aged 15, of 70 Douglas Street, Timaru, suffered serious injuries and was admitted to the Timaru Hospital by St John Ambulance after the motor-cycle he was riding was involved in a multiple accident on the Number 1 State Highway at Washdyke at 5.10 p.m. today. Tiffen suffered a fractured leg and general lacerations. His condition was described last evening as fair. His motor-cycle was involved in a collision with a car. He veered across the road and struck a utility vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.
