TOPICAL STUDY
“The Unemployed,” a small painting on a topical subject, is a work by Garth Tapper, one of the guest artists at this year’s Group Show in the Durham Street art gallery. Tapper, an Englishman, is a lecturer in painting at the Elam School of Art.
