Still Out
J. A. Carmichael was unsuccessful in his attempt to have the remainder of a term of suspension of his driver’s licence remitted by the executive of the New Zealand Trotting Conference when it met yesterday morning.
Carmichael was suspended until November 10, inclusive, after being found guilty of causing interference in the Weston Handicap at the Oamaru Trotting Club’s meeting on October 21.
