Domain Assault Admitted
(N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NTH., Nov. 6. Albert Barry Waterman, aged 21, unemployed, admitted indecently assaulting a 12-year-old girl on October 30 in the Weraroa Domain, Levin, when he appeared before Mr J. R. P. Horn, S.M., today. He also admitted charges of wilful damage, theft, and with being found without lawful excuse on enclosed property. He was remanded in custody until next Monday for a probation report and sentence.
