The South Canterbury Loan and Finance Company, Ltd, Timaru, has issued a prospectus for a $196,000 issue of registered debenture stock. Th* company is 44 per cent owned by General Finance. Ltd. Rates range from 5 per cent for money on call (one month’s notice), to 8 per cent for the six-to-ten year term.
