Waugh Beaten In Rothmans Squash

(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND. The power of C. Nancarrow’s drives enabled him to beat a fellow-Australian, K. Hiscoe, in a first round match of the Rothmans round-robin squash rackets series at the Remuera courts on Saturday.

As a result of his defeat by R. Carter (Australia), C. R. Waugh (Henderson) is out of the knockout section of the tournament.
