PRINCESS DELAYED
Princess Soraya was detained in quarantine at Sydney Airport on Saturday for more than an hour, after she arrived by air from Bangkok, until she had been given a cholera injection, the Press Association reports. Her medical papers did not show that she had had a recent cholera injection. Bangkok, the city from which she started her Australian tour, is a cholera area. The Princess at first refused to have the injection, but later agreed.
Princess Soraya and her party then left the overseas terminal for the city.
