TRIAL FOR CUP
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY. Stellar Belle will have Winfreux as an opponent in her final cup trial, the Caulfield Stakes, tomorrow. The weight-for-age stakes will have an important bearing on the market for next Saturday’s Caulfield Cup. Stellar Belle lost her place as cup favourite at the weekend after Tobin Bronze won the Toorak Handicap. Winfreux has recovered from an injury which forced him to miss the George Main Stakes at Randwick on October 2. Earlier he won the Hill Stakes at Rosehil) and the Craven Plate at Randwick.
