Surrounding Of Burglars
(N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH, October 16. Woodville residents who surrounded a building in the town and prevented two burglars from getting away, were commended by Mr J. R. P. Horn, S.M., today. Before the court were Joseph Stephen Tepene Torere Tatana, aged 27, a workman, and Thomas Sylva, aged 24, a workman, who admitted two joint charges of car conversion, and one of burglary. They were gaoled for two years.
