India and South Africa will play their inter-zone Davis Cup semi-final at Barcelona from November 10-12, the Spanish federation announced on Saturday, Associated Press reported.
Spain, Japan and New Zealand were named as possible tenues for the tie. India, which had the right to play the match at home, has no diplomatic ties with South Africa.
Spain, which won the other semi-final, will meet the winner between India and South Africa for the right to challenge the holder, Australia, in December.
