Soil Moisture
. The soil moisture deficit on the non-irrigated area at the Wlnchmore irrigation research station was reported yesterday to be 78 points compared with seven points at the same time last year. The position was the same on the irrigated area. This latter area was last irrigated on April 24 and can next bo irrigated on October 23.
