Motor Spirits Hearing
An application by Windsor Service Station, Ltd, for a licence to retail motor spirits from two pumps to be installed at a service station and garage at 247 Burwood Road, and for sales other than through pumps, was refused by the Motor Spirits Licensing Authority at a hearing in the Government Life Building yesterday. After a public inquiry into the operation of the Motor Spirits Retailer’s Licence by A. R. Agnew at 75 Main North Road, the authority revoked the licence.
