(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) JERUSALEM, Sept. 1. The last trace of the Mandelbaum Gate, which divided Jerusalem for 19 years, passed into history on Wednesday when workmen completed tearing it down. From 1948 until the Middle East war in June, when Israelis captured the Jordanian sector of the city, the gate marked a frontier which only diplomats, pilgrims, and privileged persons could cross.
