England Wins Table Tennis

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. England beat New Zealand. 5-0, In the fourth table tennis test last night. England also won the first three tests.

Plenty of power, a solid defence when required. and greater consistency gave the Engllahmen, S. Gibbs and D. Neale, a comfortable vlstory, although the New Zealand pair, G. A. J. Frew and A. R. Tomlinson, each managed to win one game. Tomlinson raised New Zealand's hopes by taking his first gsme against Gibbs. This was. perhaps, the brightest moment of the night, with both men refusing to retreat from the table and exchanging a dazzling series of drives.

Results were (England names first):—D. Neale beat G. A. J. Frew, 21-7, 21-9. 17-21, 21-10: S. Gibbs beat A. R. Tomlinson, 1021, 21-12, 21-15. 21-13; Gibbs and Neale beat Tomlinson and Frew. 21-IS. 21-10, 21-19.
