N.Z. Basketball Success
(Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A > PERTH. Th* touring New Zealand women’s basketball team beat Western Australia, 45-25, at Perth in the last practice game before the international tournament. The greater accuracy of M. Solomon, J. Harnett and M. Gardiner accounted for New Zealand’s lead, although each team marked its opponents to such a degree that play was scrappy.
