Arab leaders will hold their first full summit meeting since September, 1965, in Khartoum, but the date still has not been decided, the Arab Foreign Ministers’ Conference said in Khartoum last night A final statement at the end of largely inconclusive talks on policy towards Israel and its allies said the Foreign Ministers would meet in Khartoum again on August 26 to draw up a summit agenda.
