Wins Again
(N.Z. Preet Aeeociation/ PALMERSTON NORTH. On a heavy soggy ground, unfamiliar to most Australian hockey players, the touring Australia team outplayed Manawatu by 2 goals to 1 at the Sports Ground, Palmerston North today. This was the Australians’ fifth successive win of the tour, and the difference in scores might well have been greater on a fast ground. The game had a certain sparkle in spite of the many square yards of ground under water.
