CHANGE TO DECIMALS
Tour By Party Of Observers (N.Z. Prest Association) WELLINGTON, June 29. Decimal currency experts will mingle with shoppers to watch New Zealand change to dollars and cents on July 10. Headed by the Minister of Finance (Mr Muldoon) the party will visit banks, post offices and department stores. Eighteen overseas finance experts have been invited to travel with the party, which hopes to get first-hand experience of any problems in the change-over. The itinerary will take the part}’ through all three change-over zones in the Wellington area.
