SECOND ROUND OF WAR URGED
(N.Z. Press Association— Copyright) CAIRO, June 29. Sixteen consulates and two United Nations agencies moved out of the Suez Canal area yesterday as Arab agitators urged Egypt to get ready for another war with Israel, United Press International reported.
A delegation from the Viet Cong flew into Cairo to help Egypt launch a propaganda campaign against the United States, Britain and Israel. Squadrons of jet fighters roared over the capital throughout the day as the Egyptians reorganised their defences under conditions of tight internal security. Egypt told Governments which closed their consulates that they could reopen “once the consequences of Israeli aggression are liquidated.” Informed sources said Egyptian military measures
were intended to show that President Nasser would not accept the results of Israel’s recent victory. The sources did not rule out a “second round” with Israel if diplomacy and propaganda failed to win back Arab territories on Arab terms, United Press International said. The Viet Cong and North Vietnam were scheduled to take part today in a meeting called to condemn “American-British-Israeli aggression.” The newspaper “Al Akhbar” said a Russian delegation was on its way.
