W MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN DRAINAGE DISTRICT NOTICE is hereby given that the classification of lands comprised in the district constituted under the Counties Act, 1956, for the construction and maintenance of drainage works, known as the Wairiri Valley Drainage District may be inspected at the Malvern County Council offices, 1 Currie street, Darfield, during office hours until Wednesday, the 19th day of July, 1967, without fee. The proportions in which the rates are to be imposed on the several classes of land are listed in the schedule hereunder. Any person who thinks himself aggrieved by such classification on the ground that: (a) His land or the land of any other person in the said district (i) Has not been fairly classified in accordance with the benefit received or likely to be received; or (11) Has not been classified; or (b) The proportions in which the rates are proposed to be imposed on the several classes do not fairly represent the varying degrees of benefit to the land in the several classes; or (c) The proportion of the rates imposed on any particular class or classes is too great or too small, — but on no other ground, may appeal against the same by giving to the Registrar of the nearest Magistrate's Court, not later than seven days after the said 19th day of July, 1967, notice of appeal setting forth the matter objected to and the ground of objection.
