SUPREME COURT Damages Of £4731

A former maintenance fitter, George Arthur Patterson, aged 44, a process worker (Mr B. A. Barrer, with him Mr P. F. Tempero) was awarded £4OOO general damages and special damages of £731 17s 10d, by a jury in the Supreme

Court yesterday. Mr Justice Macarthur was on the Bench. Mr J. G. Leggat appeared for the defendant, Farrier-Waimak, Ltd.
