(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 1. New Zealand will appoint an Ambassador to Brussels administrative home of the European Economic Communityto press New Zealand’s case for special safeguards should Britain join the Common Market. The Government is expected to announce the appointment this week.
