TEL AVIV, May 30.
Israelis and Arabs exchanged fire for 40 minutes today along the Gaza Strip, an Army spokesman said, the Associated Press reported. One Israeli was slightly injured. About 45 minutes after this announcement, the Army issued another communique saying the Israelis had returned the fire with machineguns and one Israeli was injured. Details of the Incident were still sketchy.
