DISMISSAL OF PRIEST
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) HOUSTON (Texas), May 29. A Roman Catholic priest continued as pastor of his parish in Houston for eight months although he was married to a divorcee. The Rev. James A. Nelson, a priest for 24 years, was relieved of his priestly duties on Friday after revealing the marriage to his bishop. Father Nelson said he continued to work as a priest after his marriage to demonstrate that the priesthood and the sacrament of matrimony were not incompatible.-
