(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, May 25. Imperial Chemical Industries, Britain’s largest industrial company, made bigger sales in the first quarter of this year but for less profit. Group income however, after taxation and allowing for

investment grants, comes out £lm up at £lsm. The company said that after adjusting for the inclusion of new subsidiaries, home sales in the first quarter of 1967 were slightly lower in value, but higher in volume, than in the first quarter of 1966. But the value of exports at £42m was nine per cent higher.
