Traffic Officers R. E. Little and J. E. Pickett have been appointed t° the prosecutions section of the Christchurch City Council traffic department Traffic Officer A. Laing, who was in this department, will become deputy superintendent when Mr H. W. Birdling, who holds this post, retires later this year. Traffic Sergeant H. J. McMorran is in charge of the department.
