TTHK skin Is, believe it x or not an organ of the body. And H is the largest organ of aIL On each square inch of skin there are 625 sweat glands. These perform a vital function tn eliminating excess acids and impurlties from the system. If this function is not performed naturally as a result of physical effort (and too many people today do not take enough exercise) the induced perspiration of the home sauna bath is invaluable.
