SHOPPING HABITS
In preparing for D.C. Day you are not advised to change your shopping habits. Do as you do now. If you haven't the correct amount, offer a little more—at least to the next highest sixpence or shilling—and receive the right change in either currency. Here are some official decimal prices to be used from DC. Day: Bread: lie per 21b loaf (Is ijd now). 6c per lib loaf (7d) Butter: 28c per lb (2 lOd). Milk: 4c a pint (sd). Postage: 3c for ordinary letters.
