(D Utters sent to the Miter for printing should preferably botyped, otherwise they must be written in ink on, one side of the paper only. A legible signature and full address are required whether those are to ba published or not. A P.O. box number la not a sumcient address. (J) Writers must say clearly whether or not tbelr letters are being or have been sent to other papers. (S) The Editor cannot return er keep any letter which for any reason Is unsuitable for printing; nor can be acknowledge unsuitable letters although this will bo done where It seems to be needful, or enter Into any correspondence. - (4) Letters must not bo of more than UO words.
