Success Of Pallets
(From the London correspondent of “The Press") LONDON, May 23. A trial shipment of 50 tons of frozen meat in cartons loaded on pallets, which left Wellington in the Ceramic a month ago, was successful, experts said today after its discharge in London. The sheep and lamb lungs for pet food were still in good condition and there was no evidence of movement of pallets during the long sea voyage.
