Ranked No. Four
The New Zealand feather-weight boxing champion, T. George, has been given fourth ranking in the latest British Empire ratings issued by the “Ring” magazine. He is rated one place higher than the current British Empire champion, J. O’Brien (Scotland), whom the Canterbury Boxing Association is endeavouring to match with George in a title bout Those ranked ahead of George are H. Winstone (Wales), J. Famechon (Australia), and L. Allo tey (Ghana).
