Allen Profit 11 p.c. Higher
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 9. Allen Industries, Ltd., Auckland printer, calendar manufacturer and distributor of self-adhesive products, increased its profit by £22,134, over the previous nine months, to £68,586. This was equivalent to an increase of £6650, or 10.7 per cent, over the nine months’ profit adjusted to an annual basis. The chairman (Mr L. R. Alien) says in the annual report, that sales volume increased satisfactorily while expenses were maintained at a reasonable level.
