Farmers’ Chairman

Mr A. L. Mulholland, of Darfield, was yesterday elected chairman of the agriculture section of the North Canterbury Federated Farmers. He succeeds Mr J. F. N. Twose, of Waikari. Mr N. Q. Wright, of Sheffield, a former Dominion president of Young Farmers’ Clubs was elected vice-chairman after four ballots.
