May Join Air Organisation
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) NEW YORK, May 7. The Soviet Union is ex pected to become a member of the International Civil Aviation Organisation before the end of the year. To become a member, Russia will be required to disclose details of its airline, Aero-Hot, as well as of its airfields.
