Taking Over Bagby Team
"The Press" Special Service WANGANUI. The Wanganui jockey M. J. O'Connor has applied fqr a trainer’s licence. He will prepare the team trained by tbe late J. C. Bagby. O'Connor will begin with four horses, Including Kalgoorlie, Slippery Pat an unraced pair. All Hope and a Stunning Ally. O’Connor, who assisted Bagby over the last few months, Is familiar with the team. He will use the stables built by Bagby last year. The stable lad R. Alcock will remain with O’Connor.
