KAIAPOI BOROUGH COUNCIL PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 18 (2) of the Reserves and Domains Act, 1953, public notice is hereby given that the Kaiapoi Borough Council proposes that the existing reservation for reserves purposes over Lot L, D.P. 18362, pt. R.S. 321 (being an area of 2 roods 32.4 perches of back land on the western aide of Otaki street) be lifted to provide for a subdivisfion of the area for three residential sections, also that the proceeds from the sale thereof shall be paid into the Council’s Recreation Reserves Development Account and used for the improvement of the Otaki street reserve, for which the name of Baker Park has been approved.
