Higher Aust. P.O. Charge
(Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) SYDNEY, May 5. While New Zealand staggered today under the effects of the emergency budget introduced in the House of Representatives last night, political observers in Sydney forecast a black budget for Australia in August after increased postal and telephone charges. The higher postal charges, to apply from July 1, were announced In the Australian Parliament last night. They will add 67 million dollars to Post Office income.
