Meadow Bank finished second, ahead of Merry Morning and Third Chief. BOTTOM: Trader Horn gained his third successive win when he beat Finesse and Battle Star in the Springburn Handicap, the second leg of the double. Eden Stair (rails) finished fourth, ahead of Dacron and Hal Air.
