The inter-church aid secretary of the National Council of Churches (Mr F. G. Heard) has been invited by the East Asian Christian Conference to attend its assembly in Bangkok next January as a consultant
Permission to attend the assembly was given I by the council’s executive at its monthly meeting. The executive also decided to nominate the council's general secretary, the Bev. D. M. Taylor, as its fraternal delegate to the World Council of Churches Assembly in Sweden next July.
