WELLINGTON, April 14. The Court of Appeal today unanimously dismissed an appeal by Paul Colin Morrison against his conviction of the murder of a police constable in Dunedin last year. The constable, Donald Richard Stokes, was murdered while trying to prevent Morrison and another prisoner escaping from Dunedin Prison on August 14.
