House Sold For $l800
A house at 168 Marine parade, New Brighton, was sold for £lBOO at public auction yesterday. The sale was held on account of the estate of W. T. D. Cowlishaw by N. H. McCrostie and Company. The house has three bed, rooms, sunroom, and kitchenette. There is also a garage on the section of 24 perches. The Government valuation is £l5OO. .
The opening bid was £l3OO. There were three bids of £lOO, three of £5O, and two of £25.
