Passed In At £11,250
A modern house on two levels at 10 Purau terrace, Cashmere, was passed in at £11,250 at public auction yesterday. The sale was held on account of Mr and Mrs G. A. Templeton by Sherris and Wilson, Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr C. M. Robertson. The house of about 2000 square feet is on a section of 44.5 perches. It has a sun gallery entrance, three bedrooms, living-room, kitchendinette, shower-room, and bathroom. The opening bid was £9OOO. There was one bid of £5OO, I and seven of £250.
