A two-storey weatherboard house on a section of 49.5 perches at 1 Wisby terrace, Cashmere, was passed in £5550 at public auction yesterday. The sale was held by Whittle, Knight, and Boatwood, Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr W. Knight. The. house has two bedrooms, sunroom, diningroom, two livingrooms, kitchen, and bathrom. The opening bid was £4500. There were eight bids of £lOO, and five of £5O.
