Believed To Be 115
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 11. Mrs Rawinia Taitimu, believed to be 115 years old, was received by the GovernorGeneral (Sir Bernard Fergusson) at Government House this afternoon. Mrs Taitimu was bom at Waikato Heads, but lived most of her life in the Kaipara district She has spent the last few years at Orakei, Auckland. Today she presented the Governor-General with a history of her tribe, and Sir Bernard Ferguson spoke to her in Maori.
