Player Is Cleared

The 1965 Kiwi forward and former Bay of Plenty representative, R. I. Orchard, has been cleared to play for the Ellerslie club in the Auckland Rugby League competition next Saturday. At a special meeting of the New Zealand Rugby League council in Auckland on Saturday, the Bay of Plenty League withdrew its objection to Orchard transferring to Auckland.
