ICE SKATING TITLES
(N.Z. Press Association) TIMABU. Dates and venues for the 1967 New Zealand Ice skating championships were fixed by the New Zealand Ice Skating Association at its annual meelng in Timaru on Saturday. The meeting decided to hold the 1967 New Zealand championships—figure and free skating, dancing and pain—at Manorburn Dam, Alexandra, on July 9 and 10; the speed events at the Manorburn Warn on July 6 and 7, and the marathon on Lake Ida at a date to be arranged. It was also decided to make tenative arrangements for a tour ot Australia by New Zealand skaters.
Mr V. A. Hahn was ro-elected president ot the association.
