Limit Violation Reported
(N.Z. Preu Association) GISBORNE, April 7. Gisborne fishermen yesterday reported Japanese fishermen operating within the three-mile limit near Tokomaru Bay, 57 miles north of Gisborne. The Gisborne police were investigating.
