Fabric Preview Each Season
Twice a year, the evening after the end-of-season sale, sees Macleod’s City Store transformed into a showcase for the newest fabrics for the season ahead. This is, as you can imagine, a mammoth effort for display personnel and management but it has become a tradition and an event impatiently awaited. By invitation only, the Showrooms are crowded with Macleod customers eager tn welcome the new stock. No selling is done, it is purely a preview to enable everybody to get into the swing of the new season, with time to look around and plan ahead. The list of guests grows each year, and folk interested are asked to give their names for inclusion.
