Charge Denied By Workman (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 3. . The trial of Trevor Edward Nash, aged 38, a workman, on a charge of having . implements of house-breaking began in the Supreme Court at Auckland today. He is being tried by a jury of four women and eight men before Mr Justice Gresson. Mr K. Ryan appears for Nash and Mr C. M. Nicholson for the Crown. Nash, who pleaded not guilty, was charged with being a rogue and a vagabond in that he was in possession of implements of house-break-ing without lawful excuse.
