Lucky Rebel Wins At Wairarapa

Lucky Rebel In the Easter Handicap and Kintyre in the Tauherenikau Handicap won the T.A.B. double on the concluding day of tho Wairarapa Racing Club’s autumn meeting at Tauhenlkau yesterday. The double dividend was £27 Os &d for £l. The weather was fine and the track was firm.
L. K. Tinsley, the rider of Malibar in the Wairarapa Champion Hack Handicap, was suspended till 5 p.m. on April 1 for careless riding shortly before the post and also causing interference on the home turn. On the first charge the judicial committee found that Mallbar had caused intereference to the two runners inside her Kelloman, which finished third, and Balyn, which finished second. As a result Balyn was promoted to first and Kelloman to second. Malibar was relegated to third.
On the second charge, of causing interference on the home turn, it was found that Maidbar had checked Norma’s Lass and Mephisto, which in turn checked the weakening Kaimoi Star.
